| The Range is open to paid Club Members, their family and
paid Guest. A Member/ Paid Guest MAY NOT run a business of any kind and/or
Hunting Club etc. out of the Range at any time. This may result in
suspension or expulsion without a refund. |

| We will CLOSE the day BEFORE and AFTER all MAJOR Holidays.
(Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years) We will close for day only -
on Mardi Gras, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. |

| UPON ARRIVAL Members and their PAID Guest are required to
sign in BEFORE you set up to shoot. |
| |
| All Bolts and Actions must be in the open position, when
placing weapons of any kind on Firing line, Gun racks, Tables, Benches,
Pistol Bays etc. No one goes down Range until a CEASE FIRE is called ALL
Bolts and Actions opened, ALL weapons are racked, Shooters have stepped away
from the bench. DO NOT handle any weapons) during a CEASE FIRE. |

| A MEMBER MAY HAVE ONLY (1) ONE PAID GUEST WITH HIM ON THE
RANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME. |

| ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $20.00 GUEST FEE PER
DAY. |
| |
| A Member who chooses not to renew may not be a paid guest
of another member at any time. |
| |
| A Member may not bring an EX-MEMBER AS A PAID GUEST.
Memberships are non-transferable. |
| |
| Your membership card will be required to be with you at all
times. |
| |
| A FAMILY MEMBER MAY NOT COME ALONE AND/OR BRING A PAID
GUEST. THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICANT MUST BE PRESENT. Members are responsible for
the conduct and safety of their guests. If management feels your conduct and
sportsmanship are improper, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be
given. |

| A Family Membership includes your immediate family, those
living in your household under 18. |
| |
| No one under the age of eighteen (18) will he allowed on
the range unless accompanied and supervised by a member. All members and
their PAID guest are required to wear adequate ear and eye protection when
on the firing line. |

| You are required to wear Orange vest when using 4 wheeler,
and when going down past 100, 200 & 300yd target boards. |
| |
| One child per adult, child must not go down range, adult
must stay with child and supervise at all times. Child may not ride on 4
Wheeler, ONE Adult Only. You must stay on designated 4-Wheeler path. No
Animals on Range or Range firing line. |

| The discharge of firearms on the range in other than
designated areas is prohibited. The discharge of selected fire (certain
automatic) weapons shall be prohibited unless prior written authorization of
the executive committee is given. No glass targets or containers such as
soft drink cans, beer cans, etc. may be used on the range. Also prohibited
are boxes, plastic containers, jugs, etc |

| All alcoholic beverages are banned from ANY and ALL parts
of the Range/Pistol bays, 5 Man Stand/Sporting Clay Field while the firing
lines are in use. Possession of any alcoholic beverage anywhere on the range
is prohibited unless prior written authorization of the executive committee
is given. |

| All members will be responsible at all times for your
conduct fund the conduct of your guest. Destruction or vandalism of any club
property is prohibited. This includes shooting the Roof Area of firing
deck/pistol bays, target boards, .22 swingers, practice gongs with shotguns,
rifles etc. If You shoot at these you pay for replacement of item(s). Ask
before you shoot. |

| Each member is responsible for policing the range/pistol
bays when he has completed firing. SWEEP YOUR AREA AFTER SHOOTING. Trashcans
are provided for trash, CIGARETTE butts and brass. Place ALL BRASS,
including ALL .22 casings into brass buckets. DO NOT SWEEP ANY BRASS INTO
GRASS AREA. If caught, you will be asked to pick up and maybe asked to
leave. Safe range practices will be exercised at all times. Cross firing on
the rifle/pistol deck is prohibited. Mount all targets on the range target
boards so bullets passing through targets will not damage support frames.
All shooting must be done in a manner as to prevent ricochets or cross
firings of other target boards and field area. |

| Willful violations of any of the RANGE rules will subject
the violator to be fined, suspended, and/or expulsion without a refund. We
reserve the right to suspend, refuse or revoke membership or services to
anyone. (without a refund) |

| WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE RULES TO SUIT THE NEEDS
AND PURPOSE OF SOUTHERN SHOOTING CENTER WITHOUT FURTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL
NOTICE. |
